Description
Executive Decree PCM 04-2022, through the Secretary of Agriculture and Livestock of Honduras, creates the Productive Technological Bonus (BTP) as an incentive for small farmers located in productive areas with high poverty rates. The Bonus will consist of a technological package comprising improved seeds, fertilizers, and necessary inputs and implements for the production of staple foods.
