Description

The project seeks to implement resilient drinking water and sanitation access solutions in underserved communities affected by the coastal El Niño phenomenon. It creates and operates a three-party mechanism among government, communities, and businesses that mobilizes private investment in water and sanitation works through the Works for Taxes (OxI) legal framework. The initiative aims to accelerate the closing of water infrastructure gaps by building trust among the actors involved.
