Andean Agroecology Call for Proposals

Competitive funding initiative launched by CONCYTEC and administered through PROCIENCIA for participatory action research projects in agroecology. It seeks to validate and scale sustainable technological, productive, organizational and territorial solutions for vulnerable agricultural production units in high-Andean areas. The call promotes collaboration among research institutions, territorial actors and rural communities, and prioritizes alternatives to agrochemicals, ecosystem services in Andean landscapes and rural vitality, with particular attention to young people. Each project may receive up to PEN 896400 in non-reimbursable funding and may run for up to 36 months.
