National intervention authorized by Emergency Decree 013-2022 for MIDAGRI, through AGRO RURAL, to procure urea from the international market and distribute it to agricultural producer organizations and individual producers operating farms of up to five hectares, in support of the 2022-2023 agricultural season and food security.

Original budget: PEN 348,887,735. Conversion: 348,887,735 / 3.738 = USD 93,335,402.62. The exchange rate is the interbank closing rate of 3.738 Peruvian soles per USD reported by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru for May 19, 2022, the publication date of Emergency Decree 013-2022. Exchange-rate source: https://estadisticas.bcrp.gob.pe/estadisticas/series/diarias/resultados/PD04646PD/html/2014-01-01/2024-05-31/. The budget includes procurement and operational distribution expenses. The decree originally remained in force through December 31, 2022.
