Improvement of the digital transformation support service for micro and small enterprises in the manufacturing, trade and services sectors in 8 provinces of the department of Cusco

Public investment project (CUI 2533911) aimed at providing adequate support to micro and small enterprises in the manufacturing, trade and services sectors in eight provinces of the department of Cusco for the digital transformation of their businesses. It includes the implementation of a digital support platform (self-assessment system, content platform, regional digital showcase, template website and mobile app), virtual videoconferencing and web hosting services, digital resources (guides, manuals and 240 video tutorials), advisory services for 862 enterprises on digital marketing, e-commerce, service quality and digital business processes, including the deployment of their websites, and equipment and training for the staff in charge of the service. Its objective is to improve the competitiveness of regional micro and small enterprises through their integration into the digital economy.
