2026 Agricultural, Livestock and Coffee Production Incentive Program

The Government of Honduras launched the 2026 Agricultural, Livestock and Coffee Production Incentive Program in Comayagua, with an investment of 1.5 billion lempiras in productive grants and agricultural incentives aimed at strengthening food security and boosting the rural economy. The initiative supports small and medium-scale producers through fertilizers, certified seeds, agricultural inputs, technical assistance, and climate resilience measures, with a strong focus on maize and bean production. The program is expected to benefit agricultural, coffee, and livestock producers across 17 departments nationwide.
