Catastrophic Agricultural Insurance

Description

The Catastrophic Agricultural Insurance (SAC) is a program of the Peruvian State, financed entirely with public resources through the Guarantee Fund for the Agricultural Sector and Agricultural Insurance (Fogasa), which grants economic compensation to small farmers affected by adverse climatic and natural events without the need for prior procedures.
