Strengthening the Framework for Intra-regional Trade in Agricultural Products Project

The Caribbean Agricultural Health and Food Safety Agency (CAHFSA), financed by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), seeks to procure consultancy services to audit national Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) systems and build the capacity of value chain actors in borrowing member countries. The initiative aims to improve the SPS regime and facilitate intra-regional trade in agricultural products, starting with a pilot in Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, and Trinidad and Tobago. The estimated duration of the consultancy is twenty months.
