Regional Climate Action Support

Operation aimed at strengthening climate action in the Caribbean through adaptation and mitigation measures with a focus on agrifood systems. In response to the growing intensity of climate phenomena such as El Niño —which affect water availability, agricultural production, and regional food security— it supports the formulation and implementation of policy reforms and regional coordination mechanisms to reduce vulnerability in the agricultural sector and build resilience among rural and coastal communities dependent on food production.
