Description

Technological research and development project that seeks the integral use of the mango fruit, under a biorefinery concept, to strengthen the competitiveness of producers in Colombia and Peru. It studies the chemical composition and bioactive compounds of the peel, designs innovative products from the pulp and seed, assesses the technical, economic and environmental feasibility of integral use, and transfers the knowledge generated to producers, entrepreneurs and the academic community.
