Description
The program was implemented by the Ad Hoc Rural Development Group (Resolution 1073). Its objective was to foster territorial and inclusive rural development within the Andean Community by establishing the socio‑cultural, economic, and political‑institutional foundations necessary to activate processes for overcoming rural poverty in the subregion.
