Recovery and socioeconomic valorization of quinoa and sugarcane cultivation - Bolivia

Economic income and food security of farming families have been improved through the revaluation of agroecological cultivation of quinoa and cañahua, the strengthening of local Indigenous organizations, and the active participation of farming families in the Indigenous Native Municipality of Jesús de Machaca.
