(Ecuador) Framework Program for the Preparation of National Communications (NCs) and Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Ecuador

Preparation and submission of the Fifth National Communication and the First Biennial Transparency Report, including the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory, in line with the reporting requirements of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement. Its objective is to meet the country climate reporting commitments and to generate consistent data for climate policy decision-making.
