(Es) (Ecuador) Support for the Development of Agricultural Public Services in Ecuador (ADSPA)

The objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to support the development of the "Support for the Development of Agricultural Public Services in Ecuador" Program (EC-L1303), to be co-executed by INIAP and AGROCALIDAD, hereinafter "the Program," which has been agreed upon with the Government of Ecuador through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). The program will seek to support the development of agricultural public services in Ecuador to improve the sector's competitiveness and agricultural exports. The TC will support studies (diagnostics and evaluations), action plans, training, and consulting services that will allow for the definition of priority investments and build the necessary capacity for the monitoring and evaluation of the Program's main results, as well as the preparation of the necessary annexes for the loan document. It will also finance actions for the implementation of the loan operation with both institutions.
