Shared Interest S.L.

Shared Interest is an ethical financial cooperative founded in 1990 in the United Kingdom. The organization is dedicated to providing financial services to producers, retailers, importers, and exporters operating under fair and equitable trade principles worldwide. Its funds come from approximately 11,500 investors, including faith-based groups, sustainable trade associations, small businesses, schools, community organizations, and individuals. To complement the financial services provided by the cooperative, the Shared Interest Foundation was established in 2004 to offer business and financial training to producer organizations. The projects supported by the foundation focus on sustainable entrepreneurship development, women and youth empowerment, and building climate resilience.
