Coffee & Cocoa Central, Peru

The Coffee & Cocoa Central is a second-tier organization that currently brings together 11 cooperatives representing more than 9,000 coffee and cocoa-growing families from five regions of Peru. It is a platform that provides specialized services to its members and the coffee and cocoa sector, focusing on developing the value chain for the benefit of producing families. The services offered include the sale and export of specialty coffees and fine cocoa, as well as sensory analysis and sample cupping to ensure the quality of Peruvian coffee and cocoa. It implements its activities and provides its services through projects funded by national and international funds.
