Chile Origen Consciente (ChOC) is an initiative led by the Ministry of Agriculture's Office of Agricultural Studies and Policies (ODEPA) to promote the implementation of good practices in the Chilean agri-food sector and incorporate sustainability as a differentiating attribute in the production of processed foods in our country.
