Fedesarrollo published in 2019 a document titled “Analysis of Experiences of Associative Models as a Mechanism for Business Development in Rural Areas” (Steiner & Ramírez, 2019) https://www.repository.fedesarrollo.org.co/handle/11445/3784. It presents nine case studies from four sectors: oil palm, cacao, dairy, and panela. The document analyzes associative models with different characteristics, identifying achievements, challenges, good and bad practices, and finally provides policy recommendations.
