General Technical Cooperation Agreement between IPTA Paraguay and IICA

The main objective of the agreement is to support IPTA in the most effective way possible in strengthening research and technology programs for the development of the country's agricultural sector in areas such as: 1. Installation of a Digital Fabrication Laboratory (Fab Lab) for technological management and innovation; 2. Genetic improvement and competitiveness of small and medium producers through in vitro embryo transfer and forage promotion; 3. Rainwater harvesting to improve climate resilience in the agricultural sector.
