Technical cooperation to strengthen public agricultural services in Peru. Its specific objectives are to prepare a nationwide inventory of irrigation infrastructure and a proposal to repair obsolete or low-efficiency systems, and to analyze aspects of the public institutions of the agricultural system that may be affecting development of the sector.
