FIP Forest Monitoring: Improvement of the Environmental Information Service for Deforestation Mapping in the Peruvian Amazon Forests.

The Ministry of Environment, through its Forest Conservation Program, implements a public investment project called “FIP Forest Monitoring”, which aims to promote the use of forest monitoring information in eleven regional governments with Amazonian forests, as well as in indigenous organizations and ninety native communities.
