Description
Seed fund to establish a regional cooperation network on agricultural water management in Latin America and the Caribbean and Spain. It prepares a state-of-the-art diagnosis of irrigation, identifies technology gaps to improve water efficiency, and develops a consensus project to validate and transfer technologies for irrigation and water resource management at farm and basin scales.
