Optimization of the generation of sustainable income of rural producers Colombia

The main objective of the project is to optimize the generation of sustainable income for rural producers nationwide. The project is based on a territorial planning articulation strategy that prioritizes and defines territorial strategic routes for the appropriate use of State resources. The aim is to support producer organizations and territorial entities in the formulation and structuring of projects, in order to reduce intermediation and associated costs. The selected productive projects are co-financed, and support and monitoring of their execution is provided to guarantee medium and long-term sustainability, strengthening rural producers and their organizations. Among the achievements and goals for the two-year horizon of the project include the preparation of planning documents, the accompaniment of agricultural and rural development plans, the structuring and co-financing of productive projects.
