Subsidy for the construction or improvement of rural social housing for the rural population of Colombia

The fundamental objective of the project is to reduce the qualitative and quantitative deficit of rural housing in Colombia, focusing on the vulnerable rural population and victims of forced displacement. It seeks to address housing needs through the construction of new rural homes and the improvement of existing ones, relying on two main funds: the National Stock Exchange and the Victims Stock Exchange. The distribution of resources is carried out in accordance with criteria established in legislation, guaranteeing an approach of equity and priority attention to the populations most affected by conflicts and conditions of vulnerability.
