Special Credit Lines (LEC) for interest-rate subsidies to agricultural producers in Colombia

The Special Credit Lines (LEC) aim to facilitate access to agricultural credit through an interest-rate subsidy on the rediscounted loans granted to producers. They comprise three lines: Productive Development, to finance the working capital of competitive and sustainable production; Agricultural Reactivation, for producers affected by climatic, plant health or animal health events; and Agrarian Reform, for the purchase of land for agricultural purposes.
