Description

The Natural Infrastructure for Water Security Project, a unique initiative led by a coalition led by Forest Trends and financially supported by USAID and Canada, has been extended until December 2027. The total planned investment by USAID and Canada in this project It now amounts to approximately USD 52.1 million over 10 years. This project aims to expand investments in natural infrastructure in Peru, promoting its effective implementation on the ground. In addition, it will contribute to strengthening the regulatory framework and increasing the capacity of Peruvian institutions, thus consolidating its outstanding global leadership in investment in natural infrastructure.
