Description
The KIP is based on the national diagnosis on the use, consumption, and distribution of HFCs by sectors, the national institutional and legal capacities to control the consumption of substances regulated by the Montreal Protocol, and developed in close collaboration between the government, industry, academia and society in general to incorporate the needs and challenges that Bolivia faces.
