Description

The HCFC Phase-out Management Plan for the Plurinational State of Bolivia was approved in July 2011 at the 64th Meeting of Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol. The project was approved in accordance with the Agreement between the Government and the Executive Committee for the period 2011 to 2020 to meet the 35 per cent reduction in HCFC consumption, in line with decision 60/44. At the time of the HPMP approval the first tranche was approved with a total cost of US $ 106,785 including support cost for GIZ. The second phase aiming to achieve 67.5% reduction in 2025 will be prepared and submitted in 2019.
