Description
The CAMBIo Project, established in 2008 by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), seeks to promote sustainable practices in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to preserve forests and ecosystems. Its objective is to promote viable and biodiversity-friendly economic activities in these key areas of the region, recognizing the crucial impact of MSMEs on the local economy and biodiversity.
