Public investment and international co-financing project aimed at increasing the incomes of small and medium-sized farm households through more productive and climate-smart use of land and water. It financed on-farm irrigation infrastructure, capacity building, technical assistance and agri-environmental practices in 17 provinces in Ecuador's coastal and highland regions.
