Description

The purpose of the Multiannual Investment Programming (PMI) is to articulate strategic planning with the budget process, through the preparation and prioritization of an investment portfolio that contributes to closing gaps, consistent with the objectives and goals of national, sectoral or territorial development. Public entities and enterprises subject to the National System of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management prepare the PMI considering the following principles: - Reduction of gaps in access to services and infrastructure. - Coordination between levels and sectors of government. - Sustainability and timeliness in the provision of services to the beneficiary population.
