Description

The Special Climate Change Program (PECC) is a planning instrument of the General Climate Change Law (LGCC). The PECC is an instrument of the Federal Government to reduce the vulnerability of the population, ecosystems, and productive sectors, as well as to increase the resilience of strategic infrastructure to the adverse impacts of climate change.
