The program was created to finance through credits the development of socio-productive activities for persons (natural or legal) of greater social backwardness and vulnerability in the rural territories of the country, who generate income in agricultural, commercial, artisanal, industrial or agro-industrial activities, machinery-cargo vehicles and equipment, agro-ecotourism, working capital, services, aquaculture, forestry, artisanal fishing. Through an agreement between INAMU, MAG and INDER, the gender approach has been mainstreamed in this and other programmes, providing differentiated attention to rural women.
