BUR1: First Biennial Update Report on Paraguay

Paraguay presents the first Biennial Report of Update (IBA) on climate change, so to comply with the reporting commitments of the mandate of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). In it, it is explained national circumstances and institutional arrangements from the country; the National Inventory of Greenhouse Gases Greenhouse (INGEI); mitigation policies and actions country; and the needs and support received in terms of climate change.
