BUR1: First Biennial Update Report of Colombia

The country presents its first Biennial Update Report (IBA), which contains the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory (INGEI) for the years 2010 and 2012, advances in climate change mitigation actions, a review of cooperation received, as well as the needs of Colombia in terms of financing, access to technology and strengthening of capacities in climate change, the above with reference period 2010-2014. In summary, the main advances in the implementation of the main mitigation policies and actions that Colombia has been carrying out within the framework of its internal legal system are collected.
