The policy was created to contribute to the exercise of womens human rights, creating opportunities for their participation in all links of the sustainable agricultural, livestock, forestry and hydrobiological production chain, with ethnic and cultural relevance, within a framework of equality between men and women, and to promote comprehensive rural development.
