The State Policy represents the guiding framework for comprehensive risk management in Honduras in the short, medium, and long term, based on the coordinated action of central government institutions (Executive Branch) and local entities (298 Municipalities), as well as all organizations that are part of the National Risk Management System (SINAGER) and are governed by the law of the same name in this matter.
