Plan for the Promotion of Women in Rural Areas (2015-2018)

The plan responds to the commitment of the Government of Spain to the effective equality of opportunities for women and men, establishes among its objectives that of " to promote the development of women in rural and fisheries areas". It thus assumes that women, who live in rural areas, are a priority for action, given their greater risk of vulnerability, and undertakes to promote the adequate development of their socio-economic conditions.
