National Plan for Equality in Diversity 2021-2023

The plan seeks to be a tool to transform the structural factors that sustain and reproduce gender inequalities. The elaboration of the Plan includes a historic and collective demand that calls on the National Executive Branch to design and implement, in a coordinated, participatory, transversal and federal manner, policies that guarantee equal access to and exercise of rights for women, lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites, transsexuals, transgender, intersex, non-binary and non-heteronormative identities
