National Development and Public Investment Plan for the Bicentennial 2019 - 2022 of Costa Rica

Contribute to the strengthening of the States capacity to define objectives, establish priorities, formulate goals and allocate resources; as well as to monitor and evaluate the policies, plans, programs or projects that will be executed during the period 2019-2022, with the purpose of setting a path for the country and thus contributing to face challenges and improve the provision of public goods and services to citizens.
