Santanders comprehensive territorial climate change management plan 2030

This document presents a proposal for the Comprehensive Territorial Climate Change Management Plan (PIGCCTS) of the department of Santander, projected until 2030. Its objective is to improve the departments capacity to adapt to the increase in temperature and variation in precipitation. due to climate change, as well as reducing greenhouse gas emissions, in line with Colombias commitments in the Paris Agreement.
