The Comprehensive Territorial Climate Change Management Plan of the Department of Cauca (PIGCCTC) is a guiding instrument that allows generating knowledge and tools to incorporate climate change in development management, creating an articulated and effective action for the consolidation of territories more sustainable, adapted and resilient in the department.
