Description

The State Plan Against Climate Change in Coahuila (PECC) is an initiative of the state government to confront climate change. The PECC was developed over the last 10 years and focuses on the generation of public policies, mainly related to energy production and consumption. The PECC involves developing and implementing mitigation activities, or reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
