Description

The Sectoral Action Plans for Climate Change Mitigation (PAS) are a set of actions, programs and policies that will reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions against a baseline of projected emissions in the short, medium and long term. They therefore represent an opportunity for the mitigation actions identified in each sector to contribute to achieving the sector's development objectives, generating additional economic, social and environmental co-benefits. The measures (actions, programs and policies) that make up the SAPs have been prioritized according to five criteria established by the ECDBC
