The EFH policy is translated into six (6) guidelines, eighteen (18) strategic objectives and one hundred and thirty-nine (139) measures, including fifty-two (52) of a cross-cutting nature and eighty (87) specific measures aimed at promoting equal rights, equal access to justice and the personal and social rights of women; Promote education in respect for the rights of people among themselves without distinction of gender, public goods, established authorities; Improving womens access to productive employment; Promoting female entrepreneurship
