Climate plan for the Metropolitan Region of Uruguay

This action plan is a document agreed upon by the departments that make up the metropolitan region (Montevideo, Canelones and San José), which includes metropolitan measures to be implemented by all the departments and specific measures for each territory, to be implemented by all the departments, and specific measures for each territory, to be implemented by each department individually.
