Law Creating the Fund for the Purchase of Land with Gender Equity for rural women

This law creates a fund for the purchase of land for rural women, in order to grant legal and material appropriation of the land in their favor, which allows, in addition to improving the quality of life of the family nucleus, access to financial resources, giving priority to those women heads of household, with low economic resources. This fund promotes the empowerment of women in the rural sector, as well as strengthens and expands the rural production system.
