Description

The law establishes the creation of a Provincial Registry of Family Farming and a Council of Family Farming, as well as a Special Fund for Family Farming. It also declares the implementation of an Assistance Regime for Family Farming, as well as the creation of comprehensive insurance for family farming. These measures aim to value the productive practices of women farmers and promote a new perception of their role and technical, social, and economic integration, especially for those who are affected by unpredictable or unavoidable meteorological and/or environmental phenomena.
