Law 731 of 2002 which dictates rules to favor rural women

This Law dictates rules that favor rural women, which it defines as all those who, without distinction of any nature and regardless of the place where they live, their productive activity is directly related to rural areas. Likewise, guidelines are established for their prioritization of participation in financing funds and in decision-making bodies, social security, education, agrarian reform, among others, with the aim of accelerating rural gender equity.
