Law 35/2011 on shared ownership of agricultural holdings

Description

This Law is based on regulating the shared ownership of agricultural holdings in order to promote and favour the real and effective equality of women in rural areas, through the legal and economic recognition of their participation in agricultural activity. In addition, it mentions that the shared-ownership agricultural holding is the economic unit, without legal personality and subject to taxation for tax purposes, which is constituted by a married couple united by an analogous relationship of affectivity, for the joint management of the agricultural holding.
